Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience designing and implementing motor control algorithms for BLDC or PMSM motors.
• Strong foundation in control theory and experience with real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement field-oriented control and torque control for BLDC/PMSM motors.
• Develop sensorless rotor position estimation techniques for non- Hall/encoder setups.
• Build high-fidelity motor/inverter models and validate with MIL/SIL/HIL workflows.
• Integrate control algorithms with microcontroller RTOS and peripheral drivers.
• Develop firmware for motor control with deterministic timing and safety checks.
