Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and implementing motor control algorithms for BLDC or PMSM.
• Strong fundamentals in control theory and state estimation.
• Experience with HIL integration and real-time simulators.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement field-oriented control (FOC), six-step commutation, and direct torque control for BLDC/PMSM motors.
• Develop sensorless rotor position estimation techniques for sensorless operation.
• Build and validate MIL/SIL/HIL models and perform real-time verification.
