Job summary

Dark Matter Technologies, part of Andromeda within Constellation Software, seeks an experienced sales leader for the Elevate (Loan Servicing) Sales Team. You will target financial institutions, sell software solutions, and drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts.

The role emphasizes expert product knowledge, complex deal structuring, and travel up to 35%. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of field sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Requires 10+ years of sales experience.
• Experience selling to financial institutions and mortgage banking operations at the C-suite level.
• Mortgage industry experience.
• Knowledge of Dark Matter’s products, services and capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and/or services, develop new accounts, and expand existing accounts.
• Initiate contact with prospective customers to sell targeted Dark Matter products.
• Work as part of a sales team to sell to identified key accounts.
• Demonstrate product knowledge including solutions and markets.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients using Dark Matter resources.
• Negotiate, structure, and close deals that meet customer expectations.
• Assist in development of sales plans and strategies.
• Meet sales goals and objectives.
