Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/SE/IS.
• 10+ years software engineering experience.
• 5+ years engineering leadership managing managers and/or multiple teams.
• Proven success leading enterprise software development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and modern practices.
• Experience embracing AI in the SDLC.
• Experience leading large-scale tech initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering product roadmaps.
• Monitor delivery, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Drive predictable release schedules and process improvements.
• Remove obstacles to engineering productivity and effectiveness.
• Partner with Architecture, Product, QA, DevOps, and Security leaders on strategy.
• Define long-term technology strategies and modernization efforts.
