Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership managing managers/teams.
• Proven success leading enterprise software development.
• Experience with AI in SDLC.
• Experience in mortgage fintech or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams aligned to product roadmaps.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies and metrics.
• Manage delivery roadmaps, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with Architecture, Product, QA, DevOps, and Security leaders.
• Drive modernization and platform engineering initiatives.
