Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an Account Executive for ICE Mortgage Technology. You will manage client relationships, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and drive revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include acting as main liaison between clients and ICE, developing account plans, and demonstrating product knowledge across ICE Mortgage Technology. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Requires 5+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Mortgage industry experience.
• Experience with ICE Mortgage Technology products is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary liaison between client and ICE and understands client’s needs, including financial expectations and restrictions
• May assist in the development and execution of account plans to ensure continued revenue growth from account base
• Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
• Analyzes and evaluates pricing and costing scenarios to offer most viable value proposition
• Assists sales teams in the preparation of proposals for clients utilizing ICE resources and tools
• Monitors service levels, discusses with management, and recommends opportunities for improving service levels, revenue, and profit
• Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies
• May travel up to 50% to client sites and/or events
• Performs other related duties as assigned
