Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst IV for Mortgage Systems. The role can be hybrid on-site in Atlanta, Birmingham, or Charlotte and is a 6-month contract to hire.

The candidate will provide Level 2 production support for mortgage applications, gather requirements, write user stories and BRDs, and collaborate with Product Owners and development teams on enhancements and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

Senior/Level 4 BA with mortgage banking experience.
Strong LOS knowledge with UAD/VA testing.
Experience gathering requirements and writing BRDs.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 production support for mortgage applications and systems.
Investigate and resolve Jira tickets escalated from Level 1 support.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and determine solutions.
Support mortgage system enhancements, upgrades, and new initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process documentation.
Analyze business needs with Product Owners and development teams to design solutions.
Support testing, implementation, and ongoing system improvements.
Identify opportunities to reduce recurring production issues and future-proof mortgage technology.
Balance day-to-day system support with modernization work.
