PTR Global is seeking two experienced Business Systems Analysts to support mortgage technology initiatives focused on loan origination. Hybrid work schedule with contract‑to‑hire potential.

The role requires 8+ years in business analysis, strong mortgage systems exposure, and ability to turn business needs into clear technical requirements while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualificações

• More than eight years of business systems analysis experience in mortgage/financial services.
• Hands-on with mortgage loan origination systems or POS platforms.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and testing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for mortgage tech initiatives.
• Partner with mortgage stakeholders, tech teams, vendors, and project teams.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and changes to mortgage applications.
• Evaluate current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop BRD, functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate and support system testing, UAT, and defect management.
• Assist with production issues and determine root causes and solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Participate in project meetings, status discussions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Maintain documentation of application functionality and changes.
