Zohorecruit in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a Mortgage Company, offering a hybrid work arrangement (on-site Tuesday to Thursday in Coppell, TX). You will partner with departmental managers to analyze processes, map requirements, and drive improvements across systems and databases.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8+ years of business analysis experience in the mortgage sector, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with Jira or Microsoft VSTS.

Qualificações

• 5–8+ years of business analysis experience.
• Must have mortgage industry experience.
• Proficient in identifying problems and proposing solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with process improvement and requirements documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Understand current processes and systems with department managers.
• Conduct time-motion studies and focus groups to identify improvements.
• Recommend changes to streamline and automate processes.
• Collaborate with development to design, test, and implement updates.
• Define project goals and roadmaps; manage risks.
• Coordinate pre-deployment UAT with Deployment Manager.
• Assist training teams with documentation and sessions.
• Ensure smooth transition of processes back to business post-project.
• Communicate project status to senior management.
• Serve as single point of contact for escalations.
