Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking two senior Business Systems Analysts to support a Customer Operations Enablement team focused on mortgage technology platforms. The role centers on Empower LOS and Blend POS, with requirements gathering, documentation, and production support in a hybrid environment.

We expect 8+ years as a Business Analyst, with direct mortgage LOS knowledge, Agile delivery experience, and proficiency in UAT and Jira.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a BA/BS Analyst or similar
Direct mortgage lending processes and LOS experience
Knowledge of LOS workflows and mortgage lifecycle
Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting solutions in Agile teams
Hands-on production support, issue analysis, and ticket management (Jira or similar)
Experience with UAT and testing support
Ability to work a hybrid schedule (onsite 3 days/week)

Responsibilities

Act as BA for mortgage applications focusing on Empower LOS and Blend POS
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for enhancements and support
Translate requests into solution designs with product owners and delivery teams
Create Agile BA deliverables (user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria, workflows)
Provide Level 2 production support for mortgage systems and escalate defects
Plan and support UAT and validation activities for changes
Partner with stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors to maintain platform stability
Assist in moving toward proactive system enhancements while supporting customization
