Qualifications
- 5–10 years of progressively responsible real estate lending experience.
- Broad experience across mortgage origination, underwriting, operations, and secondary market execution.
- Strong knowledge of Agency selling guides, eligibility requirements, and loan delivery processes.
- Direct Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan delivery experience.
- Experience managing production goals and lending KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full real estate lending lifecycle from origination to secondary market delivery.
- Lead first mortgage and home equity lending operations.
- Manage correspondents and wholesale lending relationships.
- Maintain knowledge of Agency guidelines and investor delivery standards.
- Develop processes to grow production while ensuring credit and compliance.
