The role emphasizes leadership, strategy, and performance management. Expect to drive market strategy, monitor progress against plans, and report outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and developing Loan Consultants.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry and regulatory environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate across departments.
• Local market knowledge and recruiting strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and hires/develops retail Loan Consultants.
• Identify new business opportunities for existing Loan Consultants to meet office goals.
• Develop/execute market strategy to increase volume, market share and profitability.
• Provide regular performance reviews for all Loan Consultants.
• Promote Caliber Brand in assigned geography and support branding efforts.
