Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager to lead a team of mortgage loan originators in a high-volume call center. You will drive performance, coaching, forecasting, and compliance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Ideal candidate has 6–8 years as Loan Consultant, 5+ years mortgage industry experience, and proven leadership in call-center sales environments. On-site role with typical business hours; strong communication and ethics required.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years Loan Consultant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in the mortgage industry.
• Minimum 6 months in a Newrez management or senior leadership role.
• Experience in call-center or high-volume phone/internet sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage loan originator performance, motivation, scheduling, training, and policy adherence.
• Pipeline Management & Production: Review pipelines daily/weekly to ensure production targets are met.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all loan presentations, terms, and rates align with Newrez and regulatory guidelines.
• Customer Experience Management: Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Recruitment & Talent Development: Recruit, interview, and onboard mortgage loan originators; support succession planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations and Regional leadership on center-wide objectives.
