• Bachelor's degree or equivalent commensurate experience.
• Ten years of mortgage experience.
• Proven track record of management and sales success.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees marketing initiatives with company channels to promote sales while ensuring compliance.
• Supports technology channels and process initiatives to improve changes; provides SME input.
• Balances load and partners across regions to ensure service delivery and pipeline management nationwide.
• Monitors sales goals and communicates best practices to Account Executives.
• Oversees training and promotes CRM usage to manage accounts.
• Keeps informed on real estate trends and mortgage market regulations.
• Acts as a resource to Account Executives with product knowledge and policies.
• Manages staff and supervises according to policies and laws.
