Qualifications

• Active NMLS license
• Minimum 2 years in mortgage sales (loan officer or leadership background)
• 5 years of Mortgage Originating experience
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/conventional loan programs

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mortgage sales professionals
• Train, mentor, and drive sales while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Develop the mortgage banking team to meet or exceed production targets
• Oversee loan pipeline from application to closing
• Collaborate with operations, processing, and underwriting to streamline workflows
• Deploy training programs and performance management initiatives
