With 3+ years in mortgage sales and a strong emphasis on compliance and service, you will partner with agents and builders to expand markets, while earning uncapped commission potential and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience.
• Compliance with SAFE Act annually as Mortgage Loan Originator.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful mortgage solutions by connecting with members and brokers.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and builders to deepen sourcing.
• Generate new mortgage relationships through prospecting and lead generation.
• Contribute to team goals and coach referral generation.
