Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years mortgage loan sales experience with self-generated $20M+ annual volume.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members to assess goals and recommend mortgage solutions.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication throughout the process.
• Serve as primary resource for mortgage products, processes, and loan status.
• Develop referrals with real estate agents and builders.
• Manage loan pipeline with accuracy and urgency.
• Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to close loans.
