Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/education experience.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience with self-generated volume of $12M+ annually.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requiring annual Mortgage Loan Originator registration.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful mortgage solutions by connecting with members and brokers and building long-lasting relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, builders, and other professionals to deepen sourcing.
• Generate new mortgage relationships through prospecting and lead generation.
• Contribute to team goals, coaching, and developing referral generation while enhancing member experience.
• Represent BECU in the community by participating in organizations/events to grow mortgage business.
• Serve as an escalation point for member issues and concerns.
• Moderate travel required.
