Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Loan Processor to serve as the operational quarterback for loan files from application through funding. You will manage a high-volume pipeline, ensure accuracy, and collaborate across departments to deliver timely closings while upholding regulatory compliance and exceptional borrower service.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of processing experience, strong knowledge of multiple loan programs (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo), and proficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential mortgage loan processing experience, including complex scenarios.
• Encompass experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo mortgage products.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z and Regulation B and related lending regulations.
• Excellent math, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo mortgage loans.
• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with investor and agency guidelines.
• Coordinate with underwriting, closing, and funding teams to meet contractual closing deadlines.
• Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
