Private Job Board is seeking a proactive Loan Processor to manage end‑to‑end mortgage file processing across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Bond programs. You will ensure completeness, prepare disclosures, and move files through Underwriting to Closing while upholding service standards.

The role requires handling multiple loans, coordinating with originators and customers, and maintaining accurate LOS and documentation in Encompass. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 5+ years related experience as a processor, underwriter or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of real estate documentation and underwriting policies.
• Familiarity with TRID (TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure).
• Proficient with DU/LP/GUS; Encompass preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review new files within 48 hours of receipt and verify compliance documents.
• Review mortgage loan applications for accuracy and update LOS as needed.
• Coordinate all third-party services (survey, appraisal, title, insurance).
• Prepare and submit loan files to Underwriting for pre-approval decisions and clear conditions.
