Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Loan Officer Assistant to support the McCauley team. The role manages loan officer schedules and assists the Loan Processor while maintaining branch lead trackers and databases.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering calls, assisting with clerical tasks, and coordinating weekly meetings to drive pre‑qualification and pre‑approval outcomes, with flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
Encompass experience, required.
Experience with RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, and loan documents preferred.
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows.

Responsibilities

Schedule all loan officer appointments, including new leads and additional appointments for the Branch Manager.
Take all incoming calls.
Assist Loan Partner II with clerical tasks, such as copying and faxing documents.
Schedule regular weekly face‑to‑face meetings based on branch metrics and operations.
Meet branch objectives specific to pre‑qualifications and pre‑approvals.
Attend branch events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele.
Complete and maintain branch‑assigned checklists, files, analysis within allotted branch deadlines.
Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
