Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Loan Officer Assistant to support the McCauley team in Dallas, TX. You will manage loan officers’ schedules, assist the Loan Processor and maintain the branch lead tracker and database while fostering branch rapport.

The role requires a strong mortgage processing background, proficiency with Encompass, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Flexibility for varying hours is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Encompass experience, required.
• Experience with RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, and loan documents preferred.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows.

Responsibilities

• Schedule loan officer appointments, including new leads and weekly branch manager meetings.
• Take all incoming calls.
• Assist Loan Partner II with clerical tasks (copying, faxing documents).
• Schedule regular weekly face‑to‑face meetings based on branch metrics.
• Meet branch objectives for pre‑qualifications and pre‑approvals.
• Attend branch events to help Loan Officer build clientele.
• Maintain branch checklists, files and analysis within deadlines.
• Work varying hours and overtime if needed.
