CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Hybrid Senior Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers, manage the branch lead tracker and branch database, and coordinate schedules. The role requires on-site presence 2-3 days per week, a High School diploma, and at least 10 years of residential mortgage processing experience with Encompass.

Applicants should have strong math and analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with DU, LP, Outlook, and Windows.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Encompass experience, required.
• Experience with RESPA and general knowledge of mortgage lending regulations preferred.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule all loan officer appointments, including new leads and branch manager meetings.
• Take all incoming calls and assist Loan Partner II with clerical tasks.
• Schedule weekly face‑to‑face branch meetings based on metrics.
• Meet branch objectives for pre-qualifications and pre-approvals.
• Attend branch events to build clientele and relationships.
• Maintain branch checklists and files within deadlines.
• Work varying hours and overtime as needed.
