Job summary

The role requires reviewing documents (W-2, tax returns, assets, credit, appraisals, title and hazard insurance) and maintaining a compliant, organized pipeline while multitasking in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage processing experience.
• Clear and effective communication with multiple people.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Team oriented with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Processes FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans.
• Reviews loan documents including income, assets, credit, appraisal, title, and insurance.
• Maintains a pipeline and ensures timely, compliant workflow.
• Coordinates with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to close loans.
• Updates and documents in the loan origination system.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state guidelines and RESPA/TILA.
