- 1 year of residential mortgage processing or related roles preferred.
- Familiarity with FHA/VA/Conventional loan programs and underwriting basics.
Responsibilities
- Process FHA, VA, Conventional and Jumbo loans.
- Review and verify loan documents (income, assets, credit, appraisal, etc.).
- Coordinate file from receipt to submission to Closing and communicate with borrowers and loan officers.
- Maintain pipeline and ensure timely, compliant workflow and deadlines.
- Interact with mortgage professionals to obtain information and resolve discrepancies.
