Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a financial servicing environment.
• Experience with mortgage servicing platform (MSP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow of payments, payoffs, MSP tasks, suspense oversight, and related cashiering processes.
• Handle complex processing: account research, reconciliation, QA, reporting, and monetary transactions.
• Train new colleagues and provide cross-training to team members.
• Complete QC testing for team colleagues.
• Respond to internal and external customers via written correspondence.
• Participate in system upgrades and testing; update procedures and job aids.
• Collaborate with management, risk, compliance and audit; support continuous process improvements.
