Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1 year or more of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Familiarity with FHA/VA/conventional loan processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process FHA, VA, conventional, and jumbo loans in a timely manner.
• Verify and analyze loan documents including income, assets, and underwriting data.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate file from fulfillment receipt to closing submission.
• Adhere to applicable federal and state regulations and compliance requirements.
