• Processes FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans
• Reviews and verifies loan documents including income, assets, credit, appraisals, and title insurance
• Communicates status with borrowers and loan officers to meet closing deadlines
• Maintains an assigned pipeline and ensures timely, compliant flow
• Organizes and uploads documents to the imaging system and keeps records updated
• Works with loan officers and production assistants to ensure a smooth customer experience
