Qualifications

• Experience in residential mortgage processing or support roles.
• Familiarity with FHA/VA/conventional loan processes preferred.
• Ability to follow federal/state guidelines (TRID, Reg B) and use underwriting tools.

Responsibilities

• Processes FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans.
• Reviews loan documents for accuracy and compliance with program guidelines.
• Communicates status to borrowers, loan officers, and partners to meet closing deadlines.
• Maintains and updates an assigned loan pipeline and prepares files for underwriting.
• Collaborates with loan officers and production assistants to ensure a timely customer experience.
• Organizes documents, uses fraud/compliance tools, and ensures proper disclosures.
