JPMorgan Chase seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan process and act as the primary contact for home financing. You’ll partner with branch teams and use marketing tools to drive mortgage originations while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, deep product knowledge (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC), and strong communication skills to build lasting client relationships across footprint territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Uses marketing and cross-sell efforts to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and collaborates with reporting lines.
• Maintains expertise as the internal and external mortgage specialist and builds client relationships.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on analysis and product knowledge.
