Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to lead mortgage lending activities, advise clients on FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and drive originations across footprint markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years mortgage lending and sales experience.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Collaborates with bankers to meet with customers and introduce new clients for additional products.
• Works with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations across footprint territories and aligns reporting relationships.
• Builds relationships as the internal and external mortgage expert with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
