Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan, adhering to regulatory requirements while promoting Chase Home Lending products.

The role involves guiding clients toward homeownership and collaborating with a motivated team to deliver outstanding service. The candidate will leverage deep mortgage knowledge, consult with customers, and support retention and growth across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
