Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and retail banking sales experience.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers, and introduces clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates on marketing, cross-sell efforts and relocation/programs to enhance customer experience.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide financial recommendations based on customer needs and product knowledge.
