Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New Orleans seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage journey, serving as the primary contact from application to closing.

You will collaborate with branch teams to deliver tailored mortgage solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and an exceptional customer experience. The role requires mortgage lending experience, strong knowledge of local real estate markets, and excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through advertising and marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good customer relationships.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
