Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds expertise as the mortgage advisor; maintains relationships with customers and provides informed recommendations.
