JPMorgan Chase seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and act as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and in-depth product expertise.

The position involves collaborating with branch teams, training staff, and driving mortgage originations across footprint territories, while delivering superior customer experiences and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories).
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
