Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan process, serving as their primary contact while adhering to regulatory requirements. You will work with bankers and marketing teams to grow mortgage originations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires a strong mortgage products knowledge base, excellent communication skills, and a proven sales track record in retail banking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers, and cross-sells products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and referrals.
Develops strong partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains client relationships.
Exhibits consultative skills to recommend solutions based on client financial needs and product knowledge.
