Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch staff on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces them to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates on marketing efforts to drive mortgage originations.
• Partners with retail branches to promote mortgage lending.
• Provides expert guidance on loan products and regulatory compliance.
