Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Texas seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage journey, serving as the primary contact from initial inquiry through loan closure.

You will provide expert knowledge of home lending products and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You will coach branch teams, meet with customers alongside bankers, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to grow mortgage originations while delivering an outstanding, compliant customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
