Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Texas seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle, serving as their primary contact for mortgage questions and coordinating with the Home Lending team to deliver a seamless experience.

You will apply deep knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines and the local real estate market to craft tailored financing solutions, build strong client relationships, promote mortgage originations, and uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate or related field.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
Builds as internal/external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
