Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Texas seeks an experienced Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan. You will promote mortgage products, coordinate with bankers, and uphold regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service.

You will guide clients through originations, collaborate with teams across Chase resources, and help grow Chase Home Lending in a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing Chase marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge.
