Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle. You will promote financial products, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with a team to grow mortgage originations while delivering outstanding client experiences.

The role emphasizes consultative sales, market knowledge, and partnership with branch teams to drive home loan opportunities across footprint areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories).
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
