Job summary

You will leverage deep knowledge of home lending products while serving as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan process. You will collaborate with branch teams to promote mortgage originations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert; provides consultative financial guidance.
