JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle within Chase Home Lending. You will guide clients with deep product knowledge, adhere to regulations, and collaborate with teams to promote this financial portfolio.

The role emphasizes mentorship, cross-selling, and a consultative approach to deliver an outstanding customer experience and mortgage solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts and cross-sell strategies.
• Develops strong partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories and works within reporting lines.
• Builds trust as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
