Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team on products and services.
• Meet with customers and introduce them to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborate to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Serve as internal/external mortgage expert and maintain client relationships.
• Provide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and needs.
