Job summary

Chase Home Lending, a division of JPMorganChase, seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor in California to guide clients through the mortgage journey and serve as the primary contact from application to closing. You will collaborate with bankers to grow loan originations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

You will mentor branch teams, deliver expert guidance on FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC programs, and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via Chase marketing and cross-sell efforts.
Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
