Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers
