Job summary

Chase Home Lending seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle. As the primary contact, you will deliver expert mortgage advice, coordinate with bankers, and promote Chase’s home lending products while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will partner with branch teams to drive customer satisfaction and loan originations. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of mortgage lending, strong real estate knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor others

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
