Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while promoting Chase mortgage products and supporting your clients' homeownership goals.

You will join a motivated team dedicated to guiding clients to fulfill the dream of homeownership, with growth opportunities and a strong focus on customer experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team on products and services.
• Works with bankers to meet customers and introduce them to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds expertise as internal/external mortgage resource and maintains client relationships.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial needs and product knowledge.
