Job summary

Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing Chase's financial products and supporting your clients with expert guidance on home lending options.

You will coach branch teams, meet with clients, and collaborate on marketing efforts to drive mortgage originations and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to recommend financial solutions based on customer needs.
